Ryoma Running Clinic

On January 14, 2024 (Saturday), one month before the Kochi Ryoma Marathon 2024, a running clinic will be held with guest runner Ayako Nishitani as a lecturer. Lectures will also be given on practical skills such as comfortable sleep methods for performance and immunity improvement, as well as stretching to run efficiently without injury.

In addition, Masahiko Fujito, who has been involved in sports supplements for 20 years at Ezaki Glyco and has supported many athlete teams, will also talk about essential aspects of physical development, such as nutrition and how to use supplements.

We offer programs that you can enjoy from beginners to senior.
Anyone who participates or does not participate in the Ryoma Marathon can participate!
