We will hold a continuous running seminar (7 times in total) for beginners who are interested in running and intermediates who want to achieve the target time.

Basic information

Date of the event: Monday, August 4, 2025
Location: Kochi Prefectural Haruno General Sports Park Athletics Stadium
Outline of the Event: The menu of the first running seminar is "The basics of marathon practice".
The goal time will be divided into four groups: 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, and finish.
After the end, the instructor will give you a practice menu until the next seminar.
