It is divided into four divisions: championship (male class), men, women, and children (under 10 years old), and competes for rankings based on a comprehensive evaluation of the beauty of draining, the number of jumps, and the distance traveled in a tournament format. The winner of the championship recognizes that he is the world's best drainer.
In addition, "water drain classroom" for beginners and team competitions, music live, talk sessions, exhibitions, exchange meetings, etc. will be held from the afternoon of October 7 (Sat).
On October 8 (Sun), qualifying, finals, etc. will be held as usual.
