Japan Cycle League Kochi Tournament Pre-PR Event
Prior to the bicycle pro road race "Japan Cycle League (JCL) Kochi Tournament" to be held on September 24 (Sun), a former Formula 1 driver and current JCL chairman, Ukyo Katayama, will give a lecture on how to enjoy bicycle road racing. Mayor Tomihiro Nakahira, the venue of the event, will also speak.
