How to Cycling

01

I can afford it
Let's make a plan!

In general, the speed of a bicycle is about 15 km/h. In a course with intense ups and downs, you will lose your physical strength, so let's plan a course that can be completed in about 2 hours for beginners.

02

It was in my body
Choose a bicycle!

Bicycles larger than your body, smaller bicycles can cause fatigue and cause accidents. Choose the size that suits you.

03

There is a defect in the bicycle
Check it out!

Before riding a bicycle, check and check the brakes and the air pressure of the tires.

04

Driving route
Check it out!

Take a closer look at the map and check out points that are easy to get lost and rest points in advance.

05

Distance between cars
Let's open it!

Run in one row without parallel, keep an interval between the previous vehicle and avoid contact.

06

Take safety measures!

If a bicycle falls, it will lead to injury. Avoid skin exposure as much as possible, and wear helmets, gloves, etc.

Keep the rules and be safe!

Principles of roadway and left-hand drive
The bicycle is a “light vehicle.” Where there is a distinction between the sidewalk and the road, in principle, pass on the left side of the road.
When passing through the sidewalk
Slow down the side of the road while giving priority to pedestrians. If it interferes with pedestrian traffic, stop.
Traffic on bicycle paths
On roads where bicycle paths are provided, pass through bicycle paths.
Traffic at intersections
At intersections with traffic lights, always pass according to traffic lights. At intersections without traffic lights, if there is a pause display, follow.
Turn on the lights at night
When driving at night, the lights are turned on and the reflective material is attached to the back.
Driving while drinking is ×!
Bicycle driving with alcohol is prohibited.
Two riders are x!
Two-seater is prohibited, except when infants (under 6 years old) are placed in infant seats.
It's × to run side by side!
Do not run side by side except where there is a sign saying "can be paralleled".
An umbrella, a cell phone!
Umbrella driving and the use of mobile phones while driving (general operations such as calls and e-mails) are prohibited.
The use of earphones is ×!
The use of earbuds while driving is prohibited because it is difficult to hear sirens and alert voices.
Wearing a helmet
The person in charge of protection should wear a riding helmet when a child or infant under the age of 13 drives a bicycle.
