[Kochi Ryoma Marathon 2025 Related Event] 1st Running Seminar

As an event related to the Kochi Ryoma Marathon 2025, we will hold a total of 10 consecutive running seminars from beginners interested in running to intermediates who want to shorten their time.
Including Tetsuhiko Kin, Kochi Ryoma Marathon 2025 Tournament Advisor, Ryo Matsumoto, who is from Kochi Prefecture and belongs to the long distance section of Toyota Motor Corporation, Toenek Athletics Club, which is continuously training camps in this prefecture, 2024 Hakone Ekiden Aoyama Gakuin University Athletics Club, who won the overall championship, will serve. The first lecturer is Ryo Matsumoto.

The goal time will be divided into four groups: 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours, and finish.
After the end, the instructor will give you a practice menu until the next seminar.
