The Kochi Ryoma Marathon, a BIG event in Kochi Prefecture, which started in 2013, will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. We have received comments from luxurious guest runners on the occasion of the commemorative tournament.

New initiatives for the 10th anniversary tournament
Up to now, the tournament has two events: a 42.195km full marathon and a 1.4km fan run for first graders to under 18 years old and wheelchair users.
In this tournament, in addition to the second event, we have newly established a "Pair Relay" that runs about 43 km by connecting a pair of taski with a group of two people, in order to encourage beginners to participate casually.

Aoyama Gakuin University Ekiden, a feature of the New Year, has achieved many good results in the past and has attracted a lot of attention for its ability and achievements. At the Kochi Ryoma Marathon 2023, we ran through Tosa Road with our trademark fresh green uniform and attracted many fans.
