DAY1
Muroto dolphin Center where you can interact with dolphins
About 1 hour and 25 minutes by car from Kochi Ryoma Airport.
Muroto City is located in the eastern part of Kochi Prefecture, protrudes in a V-shaped shape and is surrounded by the sea on the right and left. Muroto City has the Muroto UNESCO Global Geopark, the fifth global geopark in Japan, and the first deep-sea water intake facility in Japan, are known as a city that is connected to the sea in the past and now. I am. One of the most popular facilities that offer valuable experiences is the Muroto dolphin Center.

There are various experiences where you can touch dolphins, such as "dolphin Swim" where you can swim with dolphins in the sea wearing wet suits and Malin shoes, "Feeding Experience" where you can feed and touch from the poolside, "dolphin Touch" recommended for those who want to touch the dolphins, etc.

Two bottlenose dolphins were greeted during the interview. He is swimming at his own pace, but when he pointed his camera while calling out, he poses as if he could understand human language. Toshi-chan, a sweet boy who's shy to the trainer. The interviewers are also obsessed with each cuteness.
He put his face and face together, showed Hull and Toshi-chan's Zhu, and when he said goodbye, he waved to his hand.

I'm completely obsessed with the cuteness of the dolphins and the healing aura beyond imagination. "Playing with dolphins at the entrance of dolphin Center is a secret of health and beauty." I hope you will be able to feel the meaning of this word!

There are handheld photo frames with various designs next to the pool. This is a memorial to visit and choose your favorite.

Inside the Muroto dolphin Center, there are plenty of souvenirs such as original postcards, cute sea creatures goods, and speed lottery (charged) where you can hit a stuffed dolphins without any scratches.
Geopark walking to feel the history and memory of the earth
After being healed by the dolphins, you will visit the Muroto Global Geopark Center.
First of all, what is a geopark? It is a place that gives you an opportunity to learn and think about various things, from the question of how to enjoy the Geopark, and our lives that are utilized in nature.

The center not only introduces the appearance of the earth that generates the Geopark with images of Osako power and many materials, but also introduces the lives of Muroto people who actually live in the area every day.
In addition, photo exhibitions and lectures on geoparks and Muroto areas are held regularly, and unique tours are also held to enjoy the Geopark. When you visit, please check the official website at the same time and enjoy the event together.
After learning about the Geopark, visit the actual field and feel the charm and wonder of nature throughout the body.

We recommend Cape Muroto, a 10-minute drive from Muroto Global Geopark Center. The 2.6km reef promenade is located on the east side of Cape Muroto, connecting the statue of Shintaro Nakaoka at the cutting edge of the cape to the statue of Muroto Youth Daishi. The course along the coast is Mikurodo, a cave that is known as the place of training in Kukai Kobo Daishi and is famous as the place where Kukai opened enlightenment. This kitchen cave is a raised sea cave, and is one of the highlights in the area of Muroto, which is said to be rising several millimeters a year. In addition, along the reef promenade, you can encounter rare subtropical plants unique to tropical countries such as Ako and Hamayu.

Ako is also called a strangling tree, and is a tree that continues to grow around other plants and rocks. The large tree of Ako, located a 1-minute walk from the Cape Muroto parking lot, is particularly impressive, and its appearance with its air roots as if firmly hugging the rock surface is a masterpiece, and the energy released from the sea and earth of Muroto A large tree that seems to have grown up by absorbing the energy. It looks like a lump of life force, and you are overwhelmed by powerful visuals as if you release the energy of the earth. I feel that you can share your power just by touching the skin of the tree. It is popular as a photo spot.
Cape Muroto also has a place on the west side where you can feel the activities of the earth.
promenade Niimura on the coast around Cape Gyoto. Here, you can experience that the stratum on the seabed has been pushed up to the ground. You can see the stratum and wave fossils that form a mysterious Shimashima, which are formed by alternating mud and sand every tens of thousands of years or hundreds of thousands of years, and even fossils of traces of creatures walking on the sea floor. A miracle that you can find because you are alive now. In geoparks shaped by nature, there are new discoveries every time you visit. Be sure to visit this area and find your unique charm.
Stay at the glamping facility of IKEA coordination
After touching the activities of the earth at the Geopark and receiving energy, go to my accommodation tonight. About 10 minutes by car from Cape Muroto. MUROTObase55 is a glamping facility surrounded by nature near Muroto City Central Park.

This facility, which is a container house accommodation type, and all the container houses that can be accommodated, are rare facilities coordinated by IKEA, a furniture manufacturer from Scandinavian Sweden. You can enjoy different interiors for each container house, and you can enjoy what room it will be after staying.
Outdoor furniture from IKEA is also used in spaces other than accommodations, and in a room surrounded by the sky and sea, I leave myself in furniture born in a distant foreign country and look up at the night sky. There may not be any more place to sleep after feeling the breath of the earth.

The facility also has a management building that can be used as a resting space for guests and a dining space, and also rents BBQ sets, sells equipment, and provides tourist information.

In addition to a plan with two meals per night with a BBQ ingredients set, you can choose a plan that suits your travel style, such as a one-night three meal plan, an all-you-can-drink plan, and a consecutive night plan. There was also a plan for pets. In addition, meals can be brought in, and it is recommended that you buy your favorite ingredients at a local supermarket and BBQ.

The drink menu is also substantial, and there is also a single order and an all-you-can-drink plan.
There is also a rare "charcoal beer" using Tosa Bincho charcoal, and the mellow and easy-to-drink taste seems to be popular as a local popular beer, regardless of the punch's appearance.

After your stomach is filled, it is recommended to spend your time enjoying a bonfire or listening to the sound of the waves that are gently shaken by a hammock.
DAY2
Enjoy park activities at Muroto Wide Area Park
After waking up in the unobstructed Chaoyang under the large sky, it is about 5 minutes by car from MUROTObase55. Go to "Murodo Wide Area Park" where you can enjoy various park activities on the vast grounds.
Little Kids Plaza (commonly known as Takotako Park), which has large playground equipment with sea creatures such as octopuses and whales, has low slides that can be enjoyed by small children, and swing playground equipment that imitates dolphins and turtles.

At the back of it, there are many wooden athletics that climb up and proceed while balancing.

On the other side of the Little Kids Plaza across the road, there is also a long "turf slide area". There is also a sled provided, so you can play empty-handed. The width is wide and there is a distance, so the slipping is great!

In a park with a good location surrounded by mountains, you can enjoy park activities by opening up the energy obtained from the land of Muroto.
To a nostalgic aquarium
About 10 minutes by car from Muroto Wide Area Park. The next destination is the "Muroto Closed Aquarium" which has been closed to an aquarium.

The entire school building is an aquarium, and there are many exhibits using old tools while keeping the atmosphere of the school building as it is. It is a popular spot visited by many people from inside and outside the prefecture as an aquarium that delights visitors with attractive ways that make use of the uniqueness of the school.

More than 1,000 fish of more than 50 species live in a hand-washing area and a tank of jump boxes, which are rare in the world.
In addition to the fixed nets and fish caught from the fishing nets set off off Muroto, local people brought them "because I could catch fish I've never seen", and "fish near people" is the leading role. It is unique to the sea town.
In Kochi, the sea gang "Utsubo", which is familiar for food, is also on display, and what do marine garbage, which has become a problem in recent years, look like from a living point of view? There is also an aquarium where you can swim garbage.

One of the most distinctive features of the closed school aquariums that do not get tired of visitors with a unique exhibition method is that the 25m pool that everyone was swimming at elementary school has been turned into a large aquarium. You can see a mysterious sight of a variety of fish such as sea turtles, sharks, and mackerel swimming comfortably.

Enjoy memories of your trip with a limited frame printed seal machine in the 3F library♪
You can choose from 4 of the 10 original designs.

In addition to the aquarium, the "Muroto Closed School Aquarium" is an exhibition full of ideas and sense, such as stuffed sea turtles and skeletal specimens of large whales that appear as you go along the route.
Learn the ecology of many creatures that live in the sea of Muroto in a nostalgic space where you don't want to leave school.
